About us
Les Aliments Spectra Foods has been supplying the food service and retail industries in Quebec, Ontario, and Eastern Canada with canola and vegetable oils, shortenings, margarines, and animal fats for over 45 years. What began as a focused supplier of high-quality frying fats has grown into one of Eastern Canada’s most recognized and trusted names in professional cooking oils.
Our production facility in Baie-d’Urfé, Quebec is CFIA inspected, HACCP certified, and Kosher-designated, reflecting the commitment to food safety and quality that has defined our company from the beginning. We invest continuously in our facility, our technology, and our team to ensure that the products leaving our plant meet the highest possible standards every time.
